I’m a sucker for inside jokes and Tiny Titans is packed with ‘em. If you’re a fan of the Teen Titans (in any incarnation), you’ll love this series. In fact, I’d probably be buying this series even if this site wasn’t giving me the excuse! One highlight of this issue is the Wonder Girl costume scene, a really funny conversation between little Donna Troy and little Cassie Sandsmark about what a proper Wonder Girl costume consists of (Cassie is down with the jeans and t-shirt, while Donna is more traditional in the red, white and blue with stars).
There’s nothing here that isn’t for everyone of all ages. The advertisements are all age-appropriate as well, even if the comics (Justice League Unlimited, Teen Titans Go) or the trading card game (Chaotic) being promoted are geared toward slightly older kids.
